Fresh Pineapple-ginger Salsa

Serving size: 1/4 cup


1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced small
1/2 teaspoon ginger root, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon green onions, sliced into 1/8" lengths


In a small bowl, stir all ingredients together. Set aside until ready to serve the salmon filets. If making ahead, cover and store in the refrigerator.
