Turmeric and Arthritis

Question: Does turmeric have any healing effects on arthritis? How about honey or cinnamon?

Answer: Some studies suggest that the active ingredient in turmeric, curcumin, may help reduce inflammation. However, the connection between arthritis and turmeric has not been well-studied, and any effects will vary from person to person. Cinnamon and honey together are touted as having arthritis benefits, but these are not proven.
